Process

  • Obtain DSC: Digital Signature Certificate is required for all directors to file forms online.
  • Apply for DIN: Director Identification Number (DIN) for all proposed directors.
  • Name Approval: Reserve a unique name for the company through the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service on the MCA portal.
  • Draft MOA and AOA: Define the company's objectives, rules, and internal management structure.
  • File SPICe+ Form: Submit the SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically) form for incorporation along with the required documents.
  • Certificate of Incorporation: Receive the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
  • PAN and TAN: Apply for the company's PAN and TAN for taxation purposes.
  • Open a Bank Account: Open a current account in the company's name to commence operations.
